And we're off .....Alaska here we come.

Tomorrow is the day. We're really off. After nearly a year of planning.

Thanks to many of my friends, I got a wonderful collection of books to read.

We're excited, ready (or not), and eager to go. There is some trepidation on my part leaving my home, my daughter, my mother, and my grandson and granddaughter for six months - but it will be the trip of my lifetime.

First stop will be Tallahassee.
