Yesterday and today are driving days .... way stations on the way to our next stop. We have made great time so we have added a bonus stop - Sante Fe - tomorrow for two days.
We did have a great lunch yesterday just north of New Orleans - Prejeans. We started with fried green tomatoes smothered with crawfish and shrimp in a Creole sauce.....no wonder I have heartburn.
